General conditions

The General Conditions (the “Terms”) are a set of legal clauses defined by the owner of a website. They set out the conditions governing the activities of website visitors and the relationship between visitors and the website owner.

The Conditions must be defined according to the nature and specific needs of each website. For example, the Terms of a website that offers products to customers through e-commerce transactions will be different from the Terms of a website that only provides information.
